Here are three kinds of destructive beliefs.

1. Unhealthy belief about yourself or your own self-image.
2. An unhealthy belief about others
3. Unhealthy belief about the world that you live in

If you want to get a breakthrough in your life and you want to get mentally strong, you have to do a mindset shift and you have to take back control of your mind and start to harness the strength that it already has and build on that just like you as you would if you wanted to build your muscle.
